Silicone mold & product manufacturing

Custom silicone molds and silicone products, built to your drawing

We are a silicone factory, not a trading desk. Send a 3D file, a sample part or a reference photo, and we
handle material selection, tooling, sampling and batch production in one place — for DIY candle molds,
resin and ceramic molds, bakeware, wristbands and custom silicone parts.

  • Mold design & tooling in house
  • Sampling before mass production
  • Custom molds from 500 pcs · stock items from 5 pcs
  • Batch size 15 days lead time

Two ways to work with us

Buy the mould, or buy the finished product

Most buyers arrive with one of two problems. They are different projects with different pricing, so we
quote them separately.

1. You need a silicone mould

You have a product to cast — a candle, a resin coaster, a ceramic blank, a soap bar — and you need the
mould that makes it. We build the master, the cavity and the demoulding geometry, then produce the
moulds in the quantity you need.

  • Moulded from your 3D file, master model or existing mould
  • Wall thickness and draft angle adjusted so parts release cleanly
  • Single-cavity or multi-cavity layouts for volume
  • Food-contact or high-temperature grades where the process requires it

2. You need the silicone product itself

You sell the finished item — wristbands, bakeware, kitchen tools, promotional goods — and you need a
factory to produce it with your logo, colour and packaging. We produce to your specification and ship
the finished goods.

  • Compression, injection and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) routes
  • Colour matching to a Pantone or physical swatch
  • Logo by debossing, printing or embossing
  • Retail packaging and barcode labelling on request

What we make

Silicone lines we run every week

Each line below has its own page with material options, tooling notes and the information we need to quote.

DIY silicone candle molds with geometric and floral cavities

DIY candle silicone molds

Wholesale moulds for pillar, sphere, bubble, floral and relief candles. Made for craft sellers who need
repeatable detail and a mould that survives repeated wax pours.

Silicone molds used for resin, ceramic and soap casting

Resin, ceramic & soap molds

Casting moulds for epoxy resin art, ceramic slip casting, concrete and cold-process soap. Smooth inner
surfaces, sharp edges, and release geometry that protects fine detail.

Silicone bakeware molds including cake, muffin and chocolate shapes

Silicone bakeware molds

Cake, muffin, chocolate, ice and pastry moulds in food-contact grade silicone, with the temperature
range and stiffness stated per item so buyers can compare before ordering.

Custom silicone wristbands with debossed and printed logos

Custom silicone wristbands

Event, brand and awareness wristbands in 100% silicone, with debossed, printed or embossed logos and
colour matching to your brand guide.

Trending custom silicone products such as mats, grips and pet items

Trending product customisation

When a product is moving fast and you need it in silicone, we reverse-engineer from a bought sample,
adjust the design for moulding, and quote tooling plus unit cost.

Industrial silicone parts including gaskets, seals and protective caps

Industrial silicone parts

Gaskets, seals, caps and grommets produced to drawing, with hardness, compression set and tolerance
agreed before tooling starts.

From file to pallet

Four steps, no surprises in the middle

Every project follows the same route, so you always know what happens next and what we still need from you.

Drawing review

You send STEP, IGES, STL, a PDF drawing or a physical sample. We check wall thickness, draft, undercuts
and the parting line, then tell you what has to change before tooling.

Material & quote

We propose the silicone grade and hardness for your process, then quote mould cost, unit price at your
target quantity, and the tooling lifetime you can expect.

Sample approval

A pre-production sample is made and shipped in 7 days. You check fit, surface, colour and
hardness; the approved sample becomes the reference for the whole batch.

Batch production

Production runs to the approved sample with in-process inspection. Standard lead time is
15 days after sample sign-off, with photos before shipment.

What you can specify

The variables we tune for your product

Silicone is not one material. These are the parameters that decide whether a mould releases cleanly and
whether a part survives its working life.

Parameter Typical range Why it matters for your product
Hardness Shore A 10 – 70 Soft grades release fine detail; firm grades hold shape in gaskets and bakeware.
Material route Platinum-cure / peroxide-cure / LSR Platinum-cure is the default for food-contact and clear parts; LSR for high-volume small parts.
Service temperature Stated per grade Wax pours, oven baking and hot casting each need a different ceiling.
Colour Pantone match or swatch Pigment is checked on a physical sample, not on screen.
Surface Gloss, matte, textured Determines release behaviour and the look of the cast part.
Tolerance Agreed per drawing Fixed in writing before tooling, so there is no argument at inspection.

Why buyers stay

One factory for the mould and the product

Most problems in silicone sourcing come from the handover between a tooling shop and a production
factory. When the mould is made in one place and the parts in another, nobody owns the release marks,
the shrinkage or the colour drift.

We keep both under one roof in Dongguan, Guangdong. The same team that cuts the cavity runs the press, so
the fix happens at the source instead of in an email chain.

  • Tooling and production on the same site since 2019
  • One contact from first quote to final shipment
  • Sample kept on file as the batch reference
  • Material certificate and SDS supplied with the order

Before you write

Questions we get from first-time buyers

What is your minimum order quantity?

Custom molds require a minimum order of 500 pcs. Stock items start from 5 pcs, so a first order can be small. Tooling is quoted once per mold and stays with you.

Can you make a mould from my 3D file?

Yes. STEP and IGES are best, STL is workable. We review the file for draft angle, wall thickness and undercuts, then send you a short list of changes before any tooling is cut.

How long does a sample take?

7 days from approved drawing and deposit. If the design needs a printed master first, we tell you that before the timer starts.

Do you only make moulds, or also the finished products?

Both. Some customers buy moulds and cast in their own studio; others have us produce, pack and ship the finished item. The two are quoted separately because the cost structure is different.

How do you handle colour matching?

Send a Pantone number or a physical swatch. We press a colour chip and photograph it under daylight before running the batch, because pigment looks different on screen.

Can you copy a product I already sell?

We can reverse-engineer from a sample you own, provided you hold the rights to the design. Send the sample and we will quote tooling and unit cost against your target quantity.
