Wristbands are a simple product with an unforgiving detail: the logo. Debossed, printed and embossed all
look different on a 12 mm band, and the wrong choice makes small text unreadable. We produce event,
brand and awareness wristbands and show you the logo method on a physical sample before the run.

Five things we check before your band goes to tooling
Line weight
Every stroke at least 1 mm at final size, otherwise the silicone closes the gap and the text reads as a smudge.
Text height
3 mm minimum cap height for debossing. If your tagline is smaller, it becomes a print job, not a mould.
Spacing
At least 1.5 mm between elements so the mould wall survives repeated demoulding.
Contrast
Debossed logos disappear on dark bands. Colour fill or print is chosen on the band colour, not on screen.
Edge clearance
Keep artwork 3 mm inside the band edge; anything closer curls when the band stretches onto a wrist.
File format
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or a clean 600 dpi PNG. Screenshots cannot be moulded, only redrawn — that adds a day.
Wristband questions
What is the smallest text you can mold?
Around 1 mm line weight and 3 mm cap height for debossed text. Below that we recommend printing or a simplified mark, and we say so before you approve the artwork.
How long does a bulk order take?
Sample in 7 days, then 15 days for production. Screen printing adds a step, so confirm the date with us before you print event collateral.
Do you offer glow-in-the-dark or two-tone bands?
Yes. Glow pigment, segmented colour and swirl are all available; they are quoted separately because the material cost differs.
Can you ship to multiple addresses for one event?
Yes, split shipments are possible with the carton list agreed in advance. Freight is quoted per destination.
