Custom Silicone Products

Custom silicone product manufacturing

When a product is selling, we make it in silicone

Some buyers need a mould. Others need ten thousand finished pieces with their logo on the box. We take a
bought sample, a 3D file or a trend photo, engineer it for silicone, and run production — compression
moulding, injection or liquid silicone rubber depending on the part.

Custom silicone products including mats, grips and promotional items

What we produce

Product families, not a catalogue

We do not publish a fixed list, because half of our work starts with a product that exists in another
material. These are the families we run most often.

Home & lifestyle

Mats, coasters, grips, cable organisers, stretch lids, ice trays, drain covers, pot holders.

Kitchen tools

Spatulas, whisks, tongs, basting brushes, collapsible bowls, utensil rests, oven mitts.

Pet products

Slow feeders, lick mats, treat moulds, collars, grooming brushes, travel bowls.

Promotional & event

Wristbands, keychains, luggage tags, bottle sleeves, phone card holders, lanyards.

Baby & feeding

Plates, bowls, bibs, teethers, sippy cup parts, suction bases, snack cups.

Industrial & technical

Gaskets, seals, o-rings, caps, grommets, masking plugs, vibration dampers.

Process routes

The route decides the tooling cost

Route Best for Tooling Volume that makes sense
Compression moulding Solid parts, mats, gaskets, simple 3D shapes Steel or aluminium mould Medium to high
Injection moulding Tight tolerance, thin walls, high volume Hardened steel mould High
Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) Small precise parts, baby and medical-style items Precision steel mould High
Open cast / room temperature Low volume, prototypes, large simple parts Soft mould Low to medium

We recommend the route after seeing the part, not before — the cheapest mould is not always the cheapest product.

Reverse-engineering a trending product

The most common brief we get is a photo and a question: “can you make this?” The answer is usually yes,
with three caveats worth knowing before you commit.

  • Design rights. We produce from your sample on the basis that you hold the rights. We will not clone a protected product on a photo alone.
  • Mouldability. Features that work in plastic often need a draft angle, a thicker wall or a split line in silicone. We list the changes before tooling.
  • Cost floor. Unit cost only drops below a certain level at volume, because silicone is priced by weight and cycle time. We tell you the volume where the price works.

Send photos with a ruler in frame, plus any dimension you already know. That is enough for a first feasibility reply.

Private label, ready to shelf

  • Your logo debossed, printed or embossed on the product
  • Colour matched to your brand guide, checked on a physical chip
  • Retail packaging: colour box, sleeve, hang tag, polybag with header
  • Barcode and carton markings per your warehouse spec
  • Photo samples sent before mass production
MOQ {{MOQ}} pcs per design
Sample 7 days
Production 15 days after approval

OEM questions

Can you match the exact hardness of a sample I send?

Yes. We measure the sample and match it, then send a hardness chip with the quotation so you can confirm before tooling.

Who owns the mould?

Tooling paid for by the customer belongs to the customer. We keep it on site to run your orders, and it can be shipped to you on request.

Can you produce small batches first?

Yes. Most projects start with a pilot run at {{MOQ}} pieces, then move to volume once the product sells.

Do you handle packaging design?

We handle the dieline and the print files. Creative design is done by your team or your agency; we make sure the artwork fits the box and the barcode scans.

What if the first batch has a defect?

Defects traceable to production are re-run or credited. The approved sample is the reference in both directions, which is why we keep it on file.
