Silicone bakeware molds with the temperature range stated, not implied
Bakeware is the silicone category where a wrong grade is expensive: a mould that smells, browns at the
edges or goes floppy at 200 °C ruins the batch and the review. We produce food-contact bakeware to a
written specification — material route, hardness, service temperature and cavity geometry — for brands,
retailers and kitchenware wholesalers.
What we produce
Cake & loaf molds
Round, square, bundt and loaf shapes with reinforced rims so the mould keeps its shape when lifted full.
Muffin & cupcake trays
6 and 12 cavity trays, with or without a rigid steel frame. Frame keeps the tray flat in the oven.
Chocolate & praline molds
High-gloss cavities for tempering work, with wall thickness tuned so the chocolate contracts and releases cleanly.
Ice & popsicle molds
Sphere, cube and novelty shapes with lids and stick slots. Freezer-grade flexibility for easy release.
Pastry & baking mats
Non-stick mats, silicone dough sheets and piping guides, fibre-glass reinforced where rigidity is needed.
Your own design
Retail-ready shapes from your drawing, including packaging fit, stacking and carton dimensions.
What a bakeware spec sheet has to state
| Item | Typical value | Why the buyer asks |
|---|---|---|
| Material route | Platinum-cure food-contact silicone | No odour, no peroxide by-products, stable colour |
| Hardness | Shore A 40 – 60 | Soft moulds release easily but sag; firm moulds hold shape |
| Service temperature | Stated per grade, typically up to 230 °C | Oven use and hot-sugar work need headroom above the recipe temperature |
| Reinforcement | None / steel frame / glass fibre | Determines whether the tray stays flat when loaded |
| Finish | Gloss or matte inner surface | Gloss releases chocolate; matte hides scratches on cake moulds |
| Colour | Any, matched to swatch | Retail colour is part of the product, not an afterthought |
| Packaging | Polybag, colour box, sleeve, barcode | Retail-ready cartons avoid a re-pack step at your warehouse |
Material certificates and safety data sheets are supplied with the order for the grade used.

Bakeware questions
Is the silicone food-contact grade?
We produce with platinum-cure food-contact grades and supply the material certificate and SDS for the grade used in your order. If your market requires a specific test report, tell us the standard before the order so it can be arranged.
Can the tray go in a dishwasher?
Yes for standard grades, but repeated high-temperature washing shortens the life of any silicone bakeware. We state the recommended cleaning range on the spec sheet.
Why does cheap bakeware smell?
Usually a filler-heavy compound or insufficient cure. Both show up as odour and surface tack after a few oven cycles, which is why the material route is written into the quotation rather than left to the factory.
Do you make the steel frame as well?
Yes, framed trays are assembled in house so the frame and the silicone are matched. Sending them from two suppliers is how trays end up warped.
Quote against the item you buy today
Send the shape, the weight and the volume. We reply with the grade, the packing option and the price break.
