A silicone workshop, not a sourcing office
Tooling, moulding and inspection happen on the same floor in {{FACTORY_CITY}}. That is the whole reason
we can promise a release quality: the person who cuts the cavity is the person who hears about the drag
marks.

Three stages, three sets of machines
Tooling & masters
- CNC machining for metal moulds
- Resin 3D printing for master patterns
- Hand finishing and surface prep
- Vulcanising press for silicone mould builds
Moulding
- Compression presses across a range of tonnage
- Liquid silicone rubber dosing for small precise parts
- Vacuum casting for moulds and low-volume parts
- Pigment kitchen for colour matching
Finishing & QC
- Trimming, deflashing and seam removal
- Hardness and dimension checks per batch
- Test casts for mould orders
- Packing and carton marking
How we control a batch
- Approved sample kept on file as the reference for every run
- Incoming material checked by batch number before production
- First-off inspection, then checks at fixed intervals
- Photos of the finished batch sent before shipment
- Material certificate and SDS supplied with the order
When something goes wrong, we tell you what happened and what changes. A defect that reaches you
without warning is the only outcome we treat as a failure of the process.
Working with an overseas factory
Most of our buyers are outside China, so the workflow is built around that: English-language
drawings and comments, photo approval at each milestone, and documents ready for your customs broker.
- Quotation in USD with tooling and unit price separated
- Sample shipped by express with tracking
- Batch shipment by air or sea, Incoterms agreed up front
- Factory visit welcome — we will walk you through the line
Documents that travel with the order
With the quotation
Drawing with the agreed tolerance, material grade and hardness, tooling cost, unit price break, sample and production dates. If a number is not in this document, it is not agreed.
With the shipment
Packing list, commercial invoice, material certificate and safety data sheet for the grade used, plus the batch inspection record and photos of the finished run.
Talk to the people who run the machines
